Percy

Percy

Chief Barking Officer

Percy W. Page, may be under one year old, but don’t let his puppy status fool you—he’s already leading like a big dog. As Chief Barking Officer, Percy brings unmatched energy, curiosity, and a nose for opportunity to the office every day. While he’s still learning the ropes (and occasionally chewing them), Percy has quickly proven that leadership is less about age and more about instinct.

In his short but impactful tenure, Percy has helped advance company-wide rental home pet policies, played a key role in improving the understanding of ADA accommodations for service animals, and proudly championed donations to animal shelters both locally and afar. His approach is simple: do the right thing, wag often, and always leave a place better than you found it.

Outside the office, Percy enjoys hanging with his dad, hiking trails, boating, perfecting his howl, and sniffing out someone’s next home—sometimes before they even know its available. Loyal, driven, and always on the scent of progress, Percy is proof that great leadership can come on four paws.
